In its issue of 16 May 2024, Immobilien Zeitung reported on our goal of harmoniously blending existing and new buildings: “The Berlin project developer has been building primarily in Leipzig for some time now and is creating urgently needed living space in the old town.” But also about our projects “Schöner Land” in Böhlitz-Ehrenberg and “Quartier Cospuden” in Markkleeberg, which are located further outside Leipzig city centre.
