Martin Menrad
Managing Director
Martin Menrad, born in 1966, is the founder and managing partner of PROPOS. He is characterized by a high demand for the design and social sustainability of buildings. With his urban developments, he wants to address people’s needs for their living space and strengthen the social fabric of the neighborhood. Thus, in addition to traffic, functional and structural issues, sociological aspects also play a role.

The graduate architect has 15 years of experience in renowned architectural offices in Germany, the Netherlands and Italy, including 12 years in the Berlin architectural office Arnold und Gladisch Architekten, where he planned and realized numerous residential, office and hotel projects as well as urban developments for private and public clients. In 2012, Martin Menrad earned a Master of Science in Real Estate Management from the Technical University of Berlin, and as an architect he is a member of the Berlin Chamber of Architects. His former employers Frank Arnold and Mathias Gladisch were co-founders of PROPOS in 2012 and remain on board as non-operating partners.
