Wohninvestment bleibt attraktiv

An analysis by Lübke Kelber shows where in Germany the likely return on residential investment exceeds the existing risk. For the ranking, 111 cities were analyzed on the basis of population data, stock and demand, socio-economic conditions as well as rental and purchase prices. The results show that especially B-cities such as Potsdam, Darmstadt, Hanau, Heilbronn, Landshut or Fürth can be interesting for investors. Leipzig is at the top of the list. According to the evaluation, A-cities have the advantage of a low risk, but the disadvantage of a low payout.
