Am Luftigen and Bredeney Park in the IZ

In its issue of 27 June 2024, Immobilien Zeitung reports on our two Essen projects ‘Am Luftigen’ and ‘Bredeney Park’ in a detailed article. In Kettwig, we are renovating a historic villa and adding two new buildings to it, while in Bredeney, an entire neighbourhood of urban villas is being built on a former Thyssen-Krupp factory site.
