Francisco Kalies joined PROPOS in 2020. As an industrial engineer specialising in civil engineering, he combines economic thinking with technical understanding. He deepened his expertise with a master’s degree in real estate project management and a subsequent specialisation in real estate finance.

His professional career in project development has sharpened his holistic view of real estate projects across all phases.

He manages the finance and controlling departments strategically and operationally. He is responsible for the group’s financial planning and coordinates all controlling processes. He is also responsible for acquiring and structuring new financing and managing ongoing financing. His aim is to reduce financial complexity, manage risks at an early stage and set up projects in an economically sustainable and investor-friendly manner.
